Dit privacybeleid beschrijft hoe Velano (de "Site" of "wij") uw persoonlijke informatie verzamelt, gebruikt en openbaar maakt wanneer u de Site bezoekt of er een aankoop doet.

Verzamelen van persoonlijke informatie

Minderjarigen
De Site is niet bedoeld voor personen jonger dan 15 jaar. We verzamelen niet opzettelijk persoonlijke informatie van kinderen. Als u de ouder of voogd bent en denkt dat uw kind ons persoonlijke informatie heeft verstrekt, neem dan contact met ons op via het bovenstaande adres om verwijdering aan te vragen.
Het delen van persoonlijke informatie
Wij delen uw Persoonsgegevens met dienstverleners om ons te helpen onze diensten te verlenen en onze contracten met u na te komen, zoals hierboven beschreven. Bijvoorbeeld:

Gebruik van persoonlijke informatie
We gebruiken uw persoonlijke gegevens om onze diensten aan u te leveren, waaronder: het te koop aanbieden van producten, het verwerken van betalingen, verzending en uitvoering van uw bestelling, en u op de hoogte houden van nieuwe producten, diensten en aanbiedingen.
Wettelijke grondslag

Retentie

Automatische besluitvorming
Als u een inwoner van de EER bent, hebt u het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking die uitsluitend is gebaseerd op geautomatiseerde besluitvorming (waaronder profilering), wanneer die besluitvorming juridische gevolgen voor u heeft of anderszins aanzienlijke gevolgen voor u heeft.
We houden ons bezig met volledig geautomatiseerde besluitvorming die een juridisch of anderszins aanzienlijk effect heeft met behulp van klantgegevens.
Onze verwerker Shopify maakt gebruik van beperkte geautomatiseerde besluitvorming om fraude te voorkomen die geen juridische of anderszins significante gevolgen voor u heeft.
Diensten die elementen van geautomatiseerde besluitvorming bevatten, zijn onder meer:
- Tijdelijke zwarte lijst van IP-adressen die zijn gekoppeld aan herhaalde mislukte transacties. Deze zwarte lijst blijft een klein aantal uren bestaan.
- Tijdelijke zwarte lijst van creditcards die zijn gekoppeld aan IP-adressen op de zwarte lijst. Deze zwarte lijst blijft een klein aantal dagen bestaan.
